• Personal identifiers: name, email address, mobile number, driving licence number, postcode, full address, driving test reference, driving test city, driving test centre, driving test date, driving test time.

ALL of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you via our App registration process, including the Driving Test details you intend to swap with other users.

To create an account and register you for our service

We use the information that you have given us so that you can:

• Facilitate searches and request swaps of your DVSA driving test based on your needs.
• Send your data to the user you choose to finalise the swapping process as you requested through the Site.
• Receive contact regarding your request, payment, or confirmation of the Swap process.

We may share this information with Stripe Payments Europe Limited. The payment processor is a third party and is not responsible for the amounts of money paid by you to the Site, and cannot be considered responsible for your relationship with the Site.

We consider your Match request with another user as fully accepted with no possibilities to reverse the Match. Read the Terms and Conditions of the Site for a full explanation of the payments and refunds. The Site will not be liable for any refund outside of the Terms and Conditions you agreed to before using the Site.
